What is the process of an order

- We will need you to upload your photos and crop them to your preference

- These photos will be printed on high-quality paper

- Photos will be pressed between a clear film and a metal backing

- Each magnet will undergo a quality check before your order is packaged

- We arrange New Zealand Post for pick up and provide you with a tracking number

- Finally, the magnets will be sent of to their new home

How much is shipping?

- Our rates for orders in New Zealand is $6.95 & Australia is $10.95.

- Free shipping on orders over $75.00

- New Zealand Post will be our shipping provider

- Orders will be delivered within 1-3 days for New Zealand and 3-5 days for Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

- Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside of New Zealand & Australia

- We are hoping to do so in the near future.

When will my order be shipped?

- We can't wait for you to get your products!

- Given their customised nature, orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-3 business days. 

- Keep in mind that this timeframe may extend during sales or peak periods

How can I track my package?

- Once your orders are are prepared for dispatch, we will notify you via email with the tracking number from New Zealand

Want to make changes?

- We encourage you to reach out to us immediately

- If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we can make changes to it

- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify your order once it has already been fulfilled.

Do you do bulk orders?

- Absolutely, we can accommodate bulk orders for businesses and events
